The rooms are always comfy and the staff is always very nice and accommodating. Their complimentary airport shuttle service is also very convenient, even if your flight is hours late, they'll still be there to get you! Their food and drinks are also always reliably good. I will continue to use this hotel for short stays in Jakarta.

Everything! Very nice, clean hotel that exceeded my expectations. Check-in was smooth, and Thoriq Fajri at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, which made a late-night arrival much easier. Shuttle transfer was seamless, and the staff were very responsive on WhatsApp, answering all my questions promptly. The room was comfortable, the bed was great, and everything was spotless. Perfect choice if you need an overnight stay near Jakarta airport — highly recommend.

Clean, close to the airport, very good breakfast. They offer free shuttle, which was a big bonus for us. We waited for about 20min to pick us up at the airport and than it’s aprox. 15-20min drive to the hotel. Although, ask in advance for the pick up hours if they’ll suit your plan cause the service is not available 24/7. They respond fast if you conntact them via whatsapp.

I booked this hotel for my mom. Both for her departure and return dates at CGK Airport. The hotel's arrangement for airport shuttle (for both ways' pickup) was very organized. Friendly staff, nice room, and good breakfast. For the price you pay, you won't get anywhere else better than this hotel for your transit at the airport. They also have policy for their late check-out regulation (until 6pm). Amazing deal.

Great location if looking for a hotel close to airport. Otherwise, not so as it is in the middle of nowhere. But taxi rides are cheap so getting one is not a problem. Were staying on the top floor so the views were great as well.

The hotel is close to the airport and perfect for an overnight stay if you have an early flight the next morning. Pick-up from and drop-off to the airport are included and worked very well. We were particularly surprised by the honeymoon decorations and the lovingly prepared cakes that were brought to our room that evening. The staff was very friendly.

The team managed my airport pickup and drop efficiently. Check-in was quick, and since I arrived early, they kindly offered me an early check-in as well.

Everything in the room was perfect. Staff are really welcoming and attentive, especially after a long flight with many delays and I arrived in the middle of the night. The airport shuttle was provided as promised and it was a private car thus saving me 200,000 IDR.

Location was close to airport, and hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport. Unfortunately, Jakarta traffic is notorious, so the short distance can take a significant travel time. We stayed one night before our next flight. Buffet breakfast was good with many options. Check in was efficient and very easy. Bed was clean and comfortable Decent Wi-Fi
